Thank you for this beautiful and informative post. I commented on your IG also. So fo here I would like to say I wish I would have had this information before I went to the Cotswolds in April when my father passed away. All the times I have been in England, I had never been there. Even though my aunt lives in Gloucester. So this time after my father's funeral I decided to go and stay for a couple of days. I was grieving so I basically winged it. I liked where I stayed as it was a spa. I went to Bibury and drove around about 5 times for parking. I finally decided to park in the lot of a pub. I went in there first and had a drink. Then walked out and up the hill. It's a lovely town, full of so much history. But I feel sad for the locals having to navigated all the people. But so glad I went. Thank you for sharing this. I am bookmarking it for my next trip. Though next time it will also be with my husband. Blessings to you :)
