In reply to Stephanie. Hi Stephanie! Both banners were made with fabric from Joanns. I cut out a template from cardstock and traced it onto the fabric over and over again with a pencil. I used iron on hem to secure the fabric to a wider piece of ribbon. Cute and inexpensive.

Hi! I just was wondering where you got those flag banners you hung from the ceiling and also what you used to make the cute start finish banners? Are they paper or fabric? Obsessed with this whole party!!!
